Security System including 24-hour card access Tenants have access to the building twenty-four (24) hours a day every day by use of an electronic card access system. In addition, the building is staffed with a lobby attendant during normal business hours and is monitored by 24-hour closed-circuit cameras at all times. Concierge Service A concierge is located in the building lobby to accommodate tenants' special needs and to facilitate the monitoring of the parking shuttle elevators.  | Health Club (1900 K Street shown) | Fully-equipped fitness center A fitness facility is available for use by all tenants in the Building. The fitness center includes an exercise room with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, towel service, and fully-equipped shower and locker rooms. The costs of operating and maintaining the facility are included in the operating expenses for the building. There will be no charge to tenants' employees. Roof-top terrace A furnished roof-top terrace is available for the unrestricted, but non-exclusive use of building tenants. Golden Triangle Business Improvement District 2099 Pennsylvania Avenue is located in the Business Improvement District (BID) of the Golden Triangle. In 1996, the D.C. Council approved the creation of BIDs to provide additional services including security and cleaning to designated areas of downtown Washington in an effort to improve the city's commercial heart. Property owners and tenants pay a special tax to support the program which has been widely accepted and welcomed.
